Started in 1996 by Rafael Jimenez. Built from nothing, one pallet at a time.
In 1996, Rafael Jimenez started this business out of the back of a van — 36 pallets at a time. No big investment, no shortcuts. Just hard work, a commitment to doing things right, and the belief that if you treat people fairly, the business will grow.
It did. Nearly 30 years later, Jimenez Pallets operates two full facilities — Newark, New Jersey and Rock Tavern, New York — serving warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, logistics companies, and anyone else who needs reliable pallet supply across the tri-state area.
We're still family-owned. We still inspect every pallet that comes through. We still repair what can be saved and recycle the rest responsibly. We manufacture custom pallets and wood crates to spec, and we're always buying — no volume too small or too large. The business has grown, but the way we run it hasn't changed.
Jimenez Pallets — NJ & NY
Nearly 30 years of business comes down to a few things done consistently well.
We only sell product we'd be comfortable putting our name on. Every pallet gets inspected and sorted before it goes out.
Fair price, straight answer, no surprises. We've built lasting relationships with our customers because we don't play games with pricing or delivery.
Wood is too good a material to throw away. We recycle, repair, and repurpose — almost nothing we handle ends up in a landfill.
When you need product, you need it on time. We keep inventory ready at both locations so we can move fast when you need us to.
We build and repair with care. Custom orders are built to spec, and repairs are done right — not just good enough to get by.
This started as Rafael's business and it's still run that way. You'll deal with the family — and we care about the outcome because our name is on it.
